Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.  If something arrives damaged or not as described,  please send us an email and we will do our best to make it right | Kyle@shellyeahtcg.com Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment, but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of payment. 

When ordering a Pre-Order, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
